Ranks Fixed

I edited up the ranks and added 2 new ranks because there were too many people.  Then I decided that Crab Apple  *LOL I just fixed my mistake of Crap Apple xD* is the lowest rank.  All the ranks are in order now that I moved down everyone except the people who commented, and Pingu because he couldn’t comment because Sqwerts was still on her account…..
